Announcements 11th-12th June 2011, Pentecost Sunday

1.All servers are to take note that the Servers’ Retreat is from 21st to 23rd June. Submit by this Sunday, 12th of June 2011.

2. Servers are to submit $50 for the Assisi Hospice Fun Fair tickets to either Shawn Wong or Raphael Ng. Submit in an envelope with your name written on it.

3. Servers doing Gospel torches are to stand up and bow only when the lector ascends the ambo.

4. Servers are to serve 2 weekday Masses during their June Holidays. 1 morning and 1 evening or 2 morning Masses.

5. Servers are to bring Cape and Sash for the next 2 Sundays. (Holy Trinity and Corpus Christi)

6. Servers are reminded to submit the “letter of excuse” if they are unable to serve Masses due to school camps or overseas trips.  

7. Servers are to check their particulars on the contact list pasted on the attendance sheet table and acknowledge or make the necessary changes on the editing sheets.

8. Servers who attended the Hospice Visit on Friday, 3rd June are to stay back after Mass to write their reflections in the flower room.

10. Group 5 is serving Novena this Saturday, 18th June
