Announcements 31st December 2011 – 1st January 2012, Solemnity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Mother of God

1. Canteen and Chinese New Year Cookie Sales
a. Canteen is on Sunday, 15th Jan 2012. Please ask your parents what they would like to contribute. Exco members and Subcommittee Heads will contact you soon.
b. Chinese New Year Cookie Sales will take place over 3 weekends, starting Saturday, 31st Dec 2011. Please check the roster to see when you are scheduled. Notify Andre Dumont 1 week in advance if you are unable to make it. You must first find your own replacement.

2. Christmas Gift Exchange
a. Please collect your Christmas Gift after Mass if you have not done so.

3. Administration (Rosters and Special Events)
a. Updated Christmas Eve and Christmas Day Mass Rosters are published. Kindly refer to these rosters and adhere strictly to all instructions provided. Please note that there is no 530pm mass on Christmas Day.
b. Group 4 servers will be serving the Novena service next Saturday, 7th January.
c. Monday 2nd Jan 2012 is a public holiday. There is only 1 weekday mass at 830am. Sacristans for Monday morning mass to set up.
d. The following group 4 servers will be reassigned to new mass groups with effect from 1st Jan 2012. Any requests for amendments must be made by Saturday, 31st Dec through Raphael Ng.
