Announcements 14th January – 15th January 2012, Second Sunday of Ordinary Time

1. Canteen and Chinese New Year Cookie Sales
a. Canteen has been postponed to Sunday, 29th Jan 2012. Servers who have not stated their contributions are to check immediately what they are contributing, write it on a piece of paper with their name on it and drop it into the transparent box.
b. There will not be any cookie sales next week as the supplier is unable to provide them. Please inform your parents. This weekend will be the last weekend to make your purchases and collect your orders.

2. Servers T-shirt Sales
a. The new batch of servers t-shirts has arrived. All are encouraged to purchase one. Servers are to approach Shawn Wong or Raphael Ng with $12 and their shirt size if interested to make a purchase. Sample shirts with different sizes in the cupboard can be tried on. Please hang them up neatly after use.

3. Administration (Rosters and Special Events)
a. There is a meeting on Sunday, 22nd Jan from 2pm to 330pm for all appointment holders in the Admin Subcommittee.
b. Special Events Roster for January has been published.
c. Group 1 servers will be serving the Novena service next Saturday, 21st Jan.
d. The following servers have left or retired from the Society. Please keep them in your prayers.

4. Weekly Bible Sharing
a. There is weekly bible sharing for servers secondary 1 and above. It will be held every Friday, from 8pm to 10pm. Meet at the grotto.
