Announcements 7th January – 8th January 2012, The Epiphany of the Lord

1. Canteen and Chinese New Year Cookie Sales
a. Canteen has been postponed to Sunday, 29th Jan 2012. If you have not been contacted yet, please write your name and contribution and drop it into the transparent box immediately after mass.
b. Chinese New Year Cookie Sales will take place this weekend and the next. Please check the roster to see when you are scheduled. Notify Andre Dumont 1 week in advance if you are unable to make it. You must first find your own replacement.

2. Administration (Rosters and Special Events)
a. The Constitution for the Society has been published.
b. Sharing groupings for 2012 has been published.
c. Special Events Roster for January has been published.
d. Group 5 servers will be serving the Novena service next Saturday, 14th January.
e. The following group 4 servers have been reassigned to new mass groups with effect from 1st Jan 2012.

f. All servers are reminded to register their attendance when they serve weekday mass/wedding/funeral. If one’s attendance is not registered, it will be taken that the server has not served that particular mass.

3. Weekly Bible Sharing
a. There is weekly bible sharing for servers secondary 1 and above. It will be held every Friday, from 830pm to 10pm in the Good Shepherd Room.
