Announcements 26th – 27th May 2012, Pentecost Sunday

1.     Administration (Rosters and Special Events)

a.     Group 5 servers will be serving the Novena service on Sat, 2^nd Jun.

b.     Special events roster for June has been published.

c.     Trinity Sunday will be celebrated next weekend.  Please bring along your cape and sash.

2.     Archbishop’s Cup

a.     The Archbishop’s Cup will be held on Sat, 9^th Jun from 9am to 6pm at Jurong Outdoor Futsal Centre.  Those who are interested to support your brothers-in-Christ and watch the matches are to inform Andre Dumont by Sat, 2^nd Jun.  Public transport will be used.

3.     Friday Night Sharing

a.      Sharing next Friday, 1^st Jun will be a compulsory prayer session for all facilitators and group leaders to attend.  It will be at 830pm and follow the same format but will be more focused on praying for the upcoming retreat.  Servers who are in secondary school and above may join in.  Meet for evening mass and dinner as per usual at 630pm. 

4.     Retreat Consent Forms (Important)

a.     This is an urgent reminder for all to hand in their retreat consent forms immediately as servers who have not done so are hindering the planning for food and accommodation.  Please be considerate towards the people who are planning for these items, including a number of parents.  Your punctual

submission of the form is greatly appreciated.

2.     Archbishop’s Cup

a.      All servers are to retrieve their baptismal certificates from the blue file beside the sink immediately after they have served their weekend mass if they have not done so.  Group Leaders to ensure.  The Society will not be liable for any loss or damage to unclaimed certificates.

3.     Request for prayers

a.     Shawn Wong is currently in the School of Mission in New Zealand and his batch will be embarking on an outreach project from 11 to 29 Jun.  Please pray for them and for those they will be reaching out to.

a.      All servers are to retrieve their baptismal certificates from the blue file beside the sink immediately after they have served their weekend mass if they have not done so.  Group Leaders to ensure.  The Society will not be liable for any loss or damage to unclaimed certificates.
