Announcements 26th – 27th July 2012, 17th Sunday of Ordinary Time

1. Administration (Rosters and Special Events)

a. Special events roster for Aug has been published.

b. Group 4 servers will be serving the Novena service on Sat, 4^th Aug.

2. SFX Funday

a. The society will be running a number of games stalls along with the Gift Bearers for the SFX Funday on Sat, 18^th Aug. Please check the roster to see if you are assigned for duty.

3. Investiture (High Importance)

a. There is training this Sunday, 29 Jul for the Investiture Mass Team at 2pm. Please be punctual. Absentees may be taken off the roster.

b. Consent forms are to be signed and submitted immediately after mass. Please note that if you have not submitted the form, you are holding the back the entire planning process as the team needs to place catering orders by this Monday, 30 Jul. All Group Leaders to stay behind to facilitate the collection from all servers who have not submitted the form

1.     Administration (Rosters and Special Events)

a.     Special events roster for July has been published.

b.     Group 3 servers will be serving the Novena service on Sat, 28^th Jul.

2.     Noticeboard

a.      The noticeboard inside the sacristy has been closed down.  Please refer only to the noticeboard outside the sacristy.

3.     SFX Funday

a.     Rosters have been edited.   Please check immediately.

b.     Consent forms are to be signed and submitted immediately after mass.  Please be considerate.  All Group Leaders to facilitate the collection as every form submitted late causes delays and results in extra work for the planning team.

2.     Change of personal details

a.      All servers whose personal details have changed or are different form that in the contact list, especially address and contact number, are to inform Andre Dumont immediately.

3.     Investiture

a.      Rosters have been published.   Please check immediately.

b.     Consent form has been published.  Please take a copy and return it by next Sunday, 22^nd July.  All Group Leaders to ensure.

2.     Archbishop’s Cup Tournament

a.     All players to return their washed jerseys and bibs to the top of the cassock cupboard.  They are to be folded neatly.  Players who are caught making a mess in the cupboard will be made to sweep the floor.
