Announcements 13 – 14 Mar, 4th Sunday of Lent

1. Servers are to have their Lenten Walk forms signed and hand in by This Sunday, 7^th Mar.
2. Servers are reminded that the Lenten Walk activity is This Sat, 20^th Mar.
3. Since it is the school holidays, servers with school holidays have to serve their 2 weekday masses this week. Servers, who cannot serve mass due to school activities or holidays, are to fill up the letter of excuse.
4. Group 1 and 5 servers have to come to the sacristy at 4.30pm to do their Lenten Reflection. Group 2, 3 and 4 will have to stay back for half an hour after mass to do their Lenten Reflection.
5. Servers are to come for their weekday mass at 6pm for the Lenten Reflection, otherwise, they have to stay back after mass to do the Lenten Reflection.
6. Group 1 is doing Novena this Sat, 20^th Mar.
7. Group 5 is serving Stations of the Cross this Fri, 19^th Mar. Report to the sacristy by 6.30pm. Do NOT serve Friday evening mass.

1. There is a meeting This Sunday at 2pm for servers who have a position in the society (Group Leaders, Facils, Trainers, Attendance Sheet IC, Roster IC, Special Events IC, Demerit Point IC, Vestment IC, Notice Board IC and Sacristans) . Attendance is compulsory.

1. There is a meeting Next Sunday at 2pm for servers who have a position in the society (Group Leaders, Facils, Trainers, Attendance Sheet IC, Roster IC, Special Events IC, Demerit Point IC, Vestment IC, Notice Board IC and Sacristans) . Attendance is compulsory. Servers will be called up and reminded again

2. All servers will be briefed about the Lenten Reflection Booklet

3. Group 1 and 5 servers have to come to the sacristy at 4.30pm to do their Lenten Reflection. Group 2, 3 and 4 will have to stay back for half an hour after mass to do their Lenten Reflection.

Annoucements 30-31th Jan 4th Sunday in Ordinary Time

1.At the start of weekend mass, the cross bearer should wait for Father to move up the sanctuary first before he move. At the end of mass, allow Father to move off first after he venerates the altar before moving off.
2.The Altar Servers Society needs all servers to fill in the dossier to update the society of any changes by This Sunday. The group leaders will read out the names of the servers who have not filled in the dossier.
3.Servers, please check if you are on duty to sell Chinese New Year cookies next week.
4.Servers, who have not submitted their money contribution for the canteen, please submit it This Sunday.
5.Group 5 servers are serving novena this Sat, 6th Feb.

Wedding Roster January 2010 (1)

Note:
• The wedding masses will be held in the main church.
• Report to the mass venue at least 15 minutes before the start of mass.
• If you are unable to serve, find a replacement and inform Matthew Ch’ng or Nicholas Rankine at least a week before the mass.
• These masses are counted as a weekday mass.

Annoucements for Canteen on the 17th of Jan

1. All Servers’ should have received a call from an Ex-Co member about their canteen contributions.If you haven’t, please inform the Ex-Co member in-charge of your group.
2. The Canteen & CNY Cookie Sale Roster is on the cupboard. Please check which duty you are rostered for.
3. The Altar Servers Shirt is required for canteen and CNY cookie sales.
4. If you need a new Servers’ Shirt, please approach Nicholas Lim or Joel Moosa. Each shirt costs $12
5. All food contributions should be in the canteen by 7am next Sunday.
6. All money contributions can start coming in by this weekend.Please put all money into an envelope with your name on it and pass it to Joel Moosa, Nicholas Lim or Shawn Wong or put it in the transparent box in the sacristy.

1. The Novena roster is out, please check when your group is serving
2. All Servers who have been confirmed are reminded that the having a meeting with Fr Brian on Sunday at 2pm. Please be punctual & attendance will be taken.
3. All those who are yet to submit their dossiers must do so by today.
4. The Special Events roster is out on the notice board. Please check if you are rostered.
5. The Servers’ canteen will be next Sunday, 17th Jan. The Ex-Co member will read out the points to take note of.

Annoucements 12-13th Dec, 3rd Sunday of Advent

1. The Christmas Eve and Day rosters are out on the cupboard, please check when you are serving. Group 2, 3 and 4 are to serve the 7am, 9am and 11am mass respectively on Christmas Day. Bring cape and sash.
2. There is the annual Christmas Gift Exchange among the servers. Facilitators will contact the servers of their group this week, to tell them who the server will be giving to.

Annoucements for Gift Exchange

1. Every server will be informed by their group facilitator soon, of who they will be giving their gift to.
2. Gift has been standardised to a minimum value of $10.
3. Please label on the gift, the server’s name that you are giving to.
4. Please get a gift by 20th Dec, you can pass the gift to Joel Moosa, Nicholas Lim.
5. Do not give chocolates as a gift.

Annoucements 28-29th Nov 1st Sunday of Advent

1. The new cassocks have arrived, servers involve in cassock exchange are to begin exchanging their cassocks this weekend, please look for Bryan Khoo or Nicholas Lim. The cassock exchange list is on the cupboard.
2. Primary 5 and 6 servers please remember to hand in your bread run extension form this weekend. Please take the form if you have not received yet and get it signed by This Sunday.
3. Servers, who are interested in helping out in the Soup Kitchen in the morning, please write your name down. More information will be given to you by Raphael Ng soon.
4. New servers can collect their Altar Servers’ T-shirts This Sunday from either Nicholas Lim or Shawn Wong. Those who have not paid for the t-shirts please pay when you get your t-shirts. It is at $12.
5. Servers who want to get a new servers’ t-shirt, please look for Nicholas Lim or Shawn Wong, and please pay $12.

Christmas Outreach 2009 Updated on 07Nov

The List of approved changes for Christmas Outreach activities is out on the notice boards.
Please check if when you are rostered for Wednesday’s Bread Run.
Please take note that the Bread Run on Wednesday night will begin at 9pm instead of 8pm.
Please take note of when your group is down for rosary making. Groups are scheduled to 2 sessions lasting 2 hours each.

s 1. The new cassocks have arrived, servers involve in cassock exchange are to begin exchanging their cassocks this weekend, please look for Bryan Khoo or Nicholas Lim. The cassock exchange list is on the cupboard.
2. The Feast Day roster is on the cupboard. Check if you are serving on the altar. Servers whose names are not on the roster are to serve on the pews. It is a Full Society mass. Report to the basement chapel by 9am.
3. The Triduum roster is on the cupboard, please check when you are rostered to serve. Bring cape and sash. There are NO 6.30am and 6.30pm masses on those 3 days.
4. Servers, who are interested in helping out in the Soup Kitchen in the morning, please write your name down. More information will be given to you by Raphael Ng soon.
