2.     Noticeboard

a.      The noticeboard inside the sacristy has been closed down.  Please refer only to the noticeboard outside the sacristy.

3.     SFX Funday

a.     The society will be running a number of games stalls along with the Gift Bearers for the SFX Funday on Sat, 18^th Aug.  Please check the roster to see if you are assigned for duty.

4.     Investiture (High Importance)

a.     Rosters have been edited.   Please check immediately.

b.     Consent forms are to be signed and submitted immediately after mass.  Please be considerate.  All Group Leaders to facilitate the collection as every form submitted late causes delays and results in extra work for the planning team.

a.      All servers whose personal details have changed or are different form that in the contact list, especially address and contact number, are to inform Andre Dumont immediately.

2.     Archbishop’s Cup Tournament

a.     All players to return their washed jerseys and bibs to the top of the cassock cupboard.  They are to be folded neatly.  Players who are caught making a mess in the cupboard will be made to sweep the floor.

2.     Archbishop’s Cup Tournament

a.     All players to return their washed jerseys and bibs to the top of the cassock cupboard.  They are to be folded neatly.  Players who are caught making a mess in the cupboard will be made to sweep the floor.

a.      All servers are to take home a copy of the updated contact list.  They are responsible for taking care of their own list and are not to give any excuses about not having the contact numbers of their fellow servers.  Group Leaders to ensure as many did not take home the contact list last week.

2.     Archbishop’s Cup Tournament

a.     We thank all players for putting in their best efforts in the recent Archbishop’s Cup Tournament.  The U13 team exceeded expectations and managed to reach the semi-finals.  We also thank all servers and parents who have taken time to lend their support.

3.     Altar Severs Retreat (HIGH IMPORTANCE)

a.     The retreat is this week, Tues, 19^th Jun to Thu, 21^st Jun.  Please check your retreat groupings on the noticeboard.  Report to the canteen area at 9am sharp on Tues.  You will be dismissed at 7pm on Thurs.

b.     Servers who are not attending the retreat are to serve their morning and evening masses from Tues, 19^th Jun to Thu, 21^st Jun.  Duty sacristans for these days will follow the usual rosters.  Replacements must be found if they are unable to perform their duties.  If you are a duty sacristan and are attending the retreat, you will be given time to set up.

c.     The Gift Bearers are organising intercessory prayer sessions on Tue and Wed night, 19^th and 20^th Jun at 8pm for the intentions of the Altar Servers Society.  The sessions will be held at the grotto.  We appreciate their kind support.  Kindly inform your parents.  Servers who are not attending the retreat are strongly encouraged to attend. 

d.     Briefing and preparation for the retreat is on Mon, 18^th Jun from 2pm to 5pm.  All Exco, Heads, Facilitators and Retreat ICs are to attend.

c.     Trinity Sunday will be celebrated next weekend.  Please bring along your cape and sash.

2.     Archbishop’s Cup

a.     The Archbishop’s Cup will be held on Sat, 9^th Jun from 9am to 6pm at Jurong Outdoor Futsal Centre.  Those who are interested to support your brothers-in-Christ and watch the matches are to inform Andre Dumont by Sat, 2^nd Jun.  Public transport will be used.

3.     Friday Night Sharing

a.      Sharing next Friday, 1^st Jun will be a compulsory prayer session for all facilitators and group leaders to attend.  It will be at 830pm and follow the same format but will be more focused on praying for the upcoming retreat.  Servers who are in secondary school and above may join in.  Meet for evening mass and dinner as per usual at 630pm. 

4.     Retreat Consent Forms (Important)

a.     This is an urgent reminder for all to hand in their retreat consent forms immediately as servers who have not done so are hindering the planning for food and accommodation.  Please be considerate towards the people who are planning for these items, including a number of parents.  Your punctual

submission of the form is greatly appreciated.

a.      All servers are to retrieve their baptismal certificates from the blue file beside the sink immediately after they have served their weekend mass if they have not done so.  Group Leaders to ensure.  The Society will not be liable for any loss or damage to unclaimed certificates.

3.     Request for prayers

a.     Shawn Wong is currently in the School of Mission in New Zealand and his batch will be embarking on an outreach project from 11 to 29 Jun.  Please pray for them and for those they will be reaching out to.
