Annoucements 25-26th October 30th Sunday in Ordianary Time

1. Servers are reminded to check when they have to serve on All Saints’ Day. It is not counted as a weekday mass. Bring cape and sash.


2. The Wedding roster for the month of November is on the cupboard, please check if you are serving. Servers, who are unable to serve, are to tell Matthew Ch’ng as soon as possible.


3. Servers, who do not have their cape and sash, are to look for Joel Moosa and Shawn Wong.


4. Starting from this week, all secondary school and Marist Stella Pri servers are to start serving their 2 weekday masses.


5. Servers doing offertory torches are to start processing to the back when the wardens in the centre aisle are at about ¾ church.


6. Servers who are going away on holidays and are unable to serve their masses are to fill in the letter of excuse form before they leave.

Annoucements 18-19th October World Mission Sunday

1. The All Saints’ Day Roster is up on the cupboard, please check when you are serving. Please try to stick to your rostered mass, otherwise inform Joel Moosa, Shawn Wong or Nicholas Lim if you need to switch mass. Bring cape and sash.

2. The dates for servers to start serving their 2 weekday masses are on the cupboard.

3. Servers are reminded not to blow off the torches when they process to the back of the church after weekend masses. Servers are also reminded to show reverence until they reach the sacristy

4. Servers doing offertory torches are to start processing to the back when the wardens in the centre aisle are at about ¾ church.

5. Servers who are going away on holidays and are unable to serve their masses are to fill in the letter of excuse form before they leave.

Annoucement 11-12th October 28th Sunday in Ordianry Time

1. During Thanksgiving, if Father pushes the chalice up when servers are pouring water into the chalice, that is the signal for you to stop pouring.

2. The Wedding roster and the Anointing of the Sick roster are on the cupboard, please check if you are serving. If you are unable to serve your rostered mass, please inform Matthew Ch’ng as soon as possible.

3. Servers are required to serve 2 weekday masses once the school holidays start. Servers are required to serve 1 weekday morning mass and 1 weekday evening mass. A list of those servers who only can serve 1 evening due to lack of transport or are living far away is on the cupboard.

4. Servers who are going away on holidays and are unable to serve their masses are to fill in the letter of excuse form before they leave.

Annoucement 4-5 October 27th Sunday in Ordinary Time

1. The wedding roster is up on the cupboard, please check if you are serving. Servers who cannot serve their rostered wedding masses are to inform Matthew Ch’ng.

2. The roster for the mass for the sick is also up on the cupboard, please check if you are serving.

3. Servers will have to serve 2 weekday masses once their holiday starts, we will appreciate if more servers could serve morning masses.

4. For weekend masses, cross and torch bearers are to go into the sacristy at the start of the announcements to prepare for the procession at the end of mass. They are to bow together before going into the sacristy.

5. The Altar Servers’ Canteen last Sunday was a success, the Ex-Co would like to thank the servers and the parents who have helped out in the canteen one way or another.
