Notes:
• There will be NO 6.30am and 6.30pm mass on this day
• Please report in the sacristy half an hour before the mass you are serving.
• All Servers are invited to serve, however Servers on the roster will be given priority. As the Altar can only accommodate 22 Servers, other Servers will be allowed to serve on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Names in bold are the Sacristans for the mass.
• Cape and Sash is required for this mass.
• This mass is counted as a weekday mass.

Anniucements 27-28th December, The Holy Family, First week in Octave of Christmas

1. During the sign of peace, please look the server in the eye when offering him the sign of peace.
2. If you get a red packet when you serve a wedding or funeral mass, please pass it to Joel, Shawn or Nicholas, or slide it under Fr Brian’s door.
3. The Servers’ Annual Retreat will be held on 18th to 20th March Next Year at the FMM house.
4. Be reminded that the Christmas Gathering is This Sunday, 28 Dec. The event will start off with a lunch at 12.30pm, followed by an Amazing Race.
5. Starting from next year, there will be a slight change to the demerit point system. The committee member will summarise the changes.
6. Starting from next year, there will be a change in the weekend mass timings on Sunday. The 10.45am mass will be changed to 11am, and the 6pm mass on Sunday will be changed to 5.30pm. Therefore, Group 4 servers are to report to the sacristy at 10.30am, while Group 5 servers are to report to the sacristy at 5pm.
7. Beginning from 2009, all red packets received by altar servers or sacristans from wedding and funerals are to be submitted even if received from relatives.
8. Starting from the New Year, all servers are no longer required to serve their 2 weekdays Masses. However, servers are reminded to serve their usual 1 weekday mass.
9. In an attempt to raise funds for next year, Chinese New Year Cookie forms will be distributed. Please encourage your parents to support us.

Annoucement 20-21 December 4th Sunday of Advent

1. The Christmas roster is up on the cupboard, please check when you are serving. Servers, who have to change to another mass time, please get a replacement first before telling Joel, Shawn or Nicholas.

3. If you get a red packet when you serve a wedding or funeral mass, please pass it to Joel, Shawn or Nicholas, or slide it under Fr Brian’s door.
4. The Servers’ Annual Retreat will be held on 18th to 20th March Next Year at the FMM house.
5. Servers, who still have not submitted the Christmas Gathering gifts are to submit them LATEST by This Sunday, 21 Dec.
6. Be reminded that the Christmas Gathering is Next Sunday, 28 Dec. The event will start off with a lunch at 12.30pm.

1. Servers who are going away on holidays and are unable to serve their masses are to fill in the letter of excuse form before they leave. Drop the letter of excuse form in the transparent box.
2. The Christmas roster is up on the cupboard, please check when you are serving. Servers, who have to change to another mass time, please get a replacement first before telling Joel, Shawn or Nicholas.
3. Please also take note that starting from this month, there has been a slight change in the weekday offertory, servers doing offertory and the server preparing the altar are to bow together and proceed straight into the sacristy.
4. During the sign of peace, please look the server in the eye when offering him the sign of peace.
5. If you get a red packet when you serve a wedding or funeral mass, please pass it to Joel, Shawn or Nicholas, or slide it under Fr Brian’s door.
6. Altar Servers’ Advent Penitential Service is This Sunday, 14 Dec at 2pm in the basement chapel. Attendance is Compulsory.
7. The Servers’ Annual Retreat will be held on 18th to 20th March Next Year at the FMM house.
8. Servers, who still have not handed in the Christmas Gathering form, hand it in by This Sunday. The Christmas Gathering Gifts are to be submitted to Joel, Shawn or Nicholas by This Sunday, 14 Dec.
9. Be reminded that the evening mass this Friday is at 7.15pm, instead of the usual 6.30pm.

2. The wedding roster for the month of December is out on the noticeboard, please check carefully if you are serving. Servers, who are unable to serve, please inform Matthew Ch’ng as soon as possible, as there are a lot of weddings this month.
3. ** Please take note that Matthew Ch’ng’s handphone number has been changed to 97362289, in case you need to contact him regarding the wedding roster.

1. All Secondary and Primary servers are expected to start serving their 2 weekday masses.
2. Servers who are going away on holidays and are unable to serve their masses are to fill in the letter of excuse form before they leave. Drop the letter of excuse form in the transparent box.
3. Servers who do not want to risk having their handphones going off during mass, can place them in the blue basket in the servers’ cupboard. They can place their valuables in the blue basket also.
4. Thurifier and Boat bearer are to move up the altar immediately after bowing with the priest after processing to the altar.
5. The wedding roster for the month of December is out on the noticeboard, please check if you are serving. Servers, who are unable to serve, please inform Matthew Ch’ng as soon as possible.
6. Altar Servers’ Advent Penitential Service is on 14 Dec at 2pm in the basement chapel. Attendance is compulsory.
7. Joel Moosa is away on holiday on 28th Nov to 13th Dec, if you got any questions regarding the servers, you can call Nicholas Lim or Shawn Wong.
