Retreat Announcements for Facilitators (UPDATED on 19/6/10)

1. Sat/Sun, 19/20 Jun 10 – Day of Fasting (Either day)


2. Mon, 21 Jun 10 – Retreat Packing Day 2 (All Facilitators involved)

i. Bring packed bag and sleeping bags.
ii. Meet in church at 9am
iii. Transport retreat stuff to FMM Retreat House


3. Mon, 21 Jun 10 – Pre Retreat Briefing for Facils at 7.30pm. **IMPORTANT**


4. Tue, 22 Jun 10 – Retreat Day 1
i. Meet at Good Shepherd Room for Spiritual Preparation at 8am

Retreat Announcements for Servers (UPDATED on 19/6/10)

1. The Altar Servers’ Retreat will be from Tuesday, 22nd June – Thursday, 24th June, at FMM House.

2. The pre-retreat briefing has been changed to Monday, 21st June at 8.30pm. It is compulsory for all servers attending the retreat. Servers to bring along stationary to design their fuzzy envelopes. Those who have valid reasons and are unable to attend are to check out the slides on the blog entitled; “Pre Retreat Briefing”.

3. Remember to bring a rosary, bible, notebook and a water bottle. Your Altar Servers’ shirt is to be brought as well, and used ONLY on day 3.

4. Please report to church on Tuesday, 22nd June at 9am, and dismissal will be on Thursday, 24th June at 7pm.

5. Retreat will end off with a family Mass in church at the usual 6.30pm Mass. Your parents are strongly encouraged to attend.

6. All Servers’ are required to take the bus provided to FMM House.

7. If any problems arise with regards to retreat attendance, please inform Joel, Nicholas or Shawn immediately.

Announcements 19 – 20 Jun, 12th Sunday in Ordinary Time

1. Servers are to stay back half an hour after mass this weekend for a follow up session on Bro Colin’s talk.

2. Servers need to keep the Sacramentary and put the microphone down during communion for all weekday masses.

3. Servers are reminded to fill up the “letter of excuse” if they are unable to serve mass due to school camps or overseas trips.

4. Servers who arrive late for weekday Mass Gospel Sharing are to leave their bags/suit covers on the attendance table or chair and join in immediately. Do not walk around to get your cincture or hang your Suit Covers at the metal rack as you will be a source of distraction.

5. Group 5 will be serving Novena This Sat, 26th Jun.

3. Group 4 will be serving Novena This Sat, 19th Jun.
