Announcements 27 – 28 Nov, 1st Sunday of Advent
1. Servers who are having their holidays now are reminded to serve their 2 weekday masses.
2. Servers are reminded to fill up the “letter of excuse” if they are unable to serve mass due to school camps or overseas trips.
3. Regarding special event masses like Weddings or Funerals, when red packets are given to the servers, servers are not to open the red packets, but staple the red packets together with a new declaration form found on the servers’ cupboard. Drop the form and red packets into the transparent box.
4. Servers, who have not gotten a call from the exco member regarding the Servers’ Gift Exchange, please ask Joel Moosa or Nicholas Lim who you are giving to. The instructions will be read out to you after these.
5. Group 3 is serving Novena this Saturday, 4th Dec.

Announcements 20 – 21 Nov, Feast of Christ the King (34rd Sunday in Ordinary Time)
1. The time for weekday Masses this week has been changed. There will be no 6.30am or pm Masses.
Masses are at 8pm from Mon - Fri, please report by 7.30pm. (Attendance will be taken)
2. The Feast day roster is on the cupboard for next weekend, please check if you are serving.
3. Group 4 servers are required to serve a different weekend Mass next weekend due to the Feast day Mass.

6. An Exco member will be calling you regarding the Christmas Gift Exchange. The instructions will be read out to you after these

The following instructions are to be taken seriously. Please do the following:
1) Gifts should cost a minimum of at least $10.
2) No giving of chocolates, they require no thought!
3) Wrap the gift fully, in opaque wrapping paper
4) Write the receivers FULL name on present clearly.
5) Writing the givers name is optional
6) Submit the presents to any exco member by latest, 12th December

Announcements 13 – 14 Nov, 33rd Sunday in Ordinary Time
1. There is no more parish masses, so servers on the rosters do not need to serve the masses.
2. Facilitators’ retreat is This Friday at 7pm. However, facilitators are encouraged to attend the evening mass first.
3. Facilitators, who still have not given the Facilitator Retreat consent form, please pass it to Raphael ng or drop it into the transparent box.
