1. The time for weekday Masses this week has been changed. There will be no 6.30am or pm Masses.
Masses are at 8pm from Mon - Fri, please report by 7.30pm. (Attendance will be taken)
2. The Feast day roster is on the cupboard for next weekend, please check if you are serving.
3. Group 4 servers are required to serve a different weekend Mass next weekend due to the Feast day Mass.
4. Servers who are having their holidays now are to serve their 2 weekday masses.
5. Servers are reminded to fill up the “letter of excuse” if they are unable to serve mass due to school camps or overseas trips.
6. An Exco member will be calling you regarding the Christmas Gift Exchange. The instructions will be read out to you after these

Altar Servers’ Gift Exchange 2010
The following instructions are to be taken seriously. Please do the following:
1) Gifts should cost a minimum of at least $10.
2) No giving of chocolates, they require no thought!
3) Wrap the gift fully, in opaque wrapping paper
4) Write the receivers FULL name on present clearly.
5) Writing the givers name is optional
6) Submit the presents to any exco member by latest, 12th December
