1. The Altar Servers’ Canteen will be held on 16th January 2011. Please ask your parents in advance what you will be contributing, as an Ex-Co member will be contacting you by Sunday night.
2. The Canteen Roster will be out on the cupboard during the week. Please check what time you are allocated to. Group Leaders will read out the canteen announcements.
3. There will be a Serangoon District Servers’ mass at Church of Saint Vincent de Paul Next Sunday, 16th Jan. Report to Saint Vincent de Paul church at 2.30pm. It will end around 7.30pm. Bring cassock. Please get the consent form signed and return it by This Friday. Drop it in the transparent box.
4. The Chinese New Year Cookie Sales will commence for three weekends – 16th Jan, 23rd Jan and 30th Jan.
5. An order form will be released to the Servers’ and the parents this weekend, so that you will be able to make reservations in advance and not be disappointed.
6. All servers are reminded to submit the red packets declaration form after serving a special event mass. Only 1 submission per mass is necessary. Submit even if there are no red packets.
7. The group serving Novena this Saturday, 15th January will be Group 4.
