Administration (Rosters and Special Events)
a.
Special events roster for May has been published.
b.
Group 3 servers will be
serving the Novena service next Sat, 11th May.
c.
Ascension Day Masses are on
this Wednesday, 8th May at 7pm and Thursday, 9th May at
630am, 630pm and 8pm.
i. The Solemnity of the Ascension of the Lord is a Holy Day of Obligation.
ii. It is not counted as a weekday mass.
iii. Please bring your cape and sash and report 30 minutes before the
start of mass.
iv. All servers to check and perform the necessary swaps if they
cannot make it for their allocated time slot. All changes must be approved and signed by an Exco
Member.
v. For duty sacristans and duty leaders, they are only allowed to
swap with another duty sacristan and duty leader respectively. All changes must be approved and signed
by an Exco Member.
vi. The last day
for swapping is this Sunday, 5th May at 11pm. Servers who require a letter of excuse
for their schools are to notify the secretary, Andre Dumont latest by this
time.
vii. Duty Sacristans are strictly required to be punctual and start
setting up at least 1 hour before the start of mass. Charcoal is to be burnt.

Sharing
a.
Friday night sharing for
servers secondary 1 will be held this Fri, 10th May at
830pm. All are invited for mass
and dinner.
3.
Retreat (HIGH IMPORTANCE)
a.
Retreat will be held from
Mon, 3rd Jun to Wed,
5th June for servers secondary 1 and above at the IHM Retreat House.
b.
All servers secondary 1 and
above are to obtain a copy of the consent form and submit it before they go
home today, whether one is able to
attend or not. All Group Leaders to ensure.
c.
All servers to note that an
amendment should have been made to the form. The reporting venue is IHM Retreat House instead of SFX
Church.
