27th – 28th Jul 2012, Seventeenth Sunday in Ordinary Time Announcements

1.     Administration (Rosters and Special Events)
a.     Special events roster for Jul has been published.  All are responsible to check. 
b.     Group 5 servers will be serving the Novena service next Sat, 3rd Aug.

2.     Sharing
a.     Friday night sharing for servers secondary 1 and above is on Fri, 2th Aug at 830pm.

3.     Investiture and Canteen Forms (HIGH IMPORTANCE)
a.     The Investiture for new Altar Servers and Society Dinner is on the evening of Sat, 17th Aug while the Canteen is on Sun, 1st Sep.  A full society mass will be held.  Please check the roster to see if you are serving on the sanctuary and note the training dates. 
b.     The investiture and canteen are important events which require the work of the Executive Committee.  However, it would not succeed without the cooperation of ALL SERVERS to submit the forms BEFORE LEAVING CHURCH THIS WEEKEND (Sun, 28th Aug, 530pm)For servers below 21 years old, the forms should only be signed by a parent or guardian. 
c.     Please note that each late submission puts extra stress and unnecessary work on others and servers are urged to be considerate and respectful. 
d.     Servers are to collect a copy of the form before leaving the sacristy after mass.  Group Leaders are responsible to ensure.  

4.     Proclaim 2013 
a.     There will be a Youth Conference held at the CAYC from the 8th to 10th August 2013.  The fees will be subsidised (60%) by the society fund and participants will only be required to pay $40.  More information can be found at the CAYC website, at cayconline.org.
b.     The following servers are by default registered as those unable to attend have already informed Raphael Ng.  If a server has been included here by mistake, he is to inform Raphael by Sun, 28th Jul, 7pm, to clarify with his reason.
