Administration (Rosters and Special Events)
a.
Special events roster for Mar has been published.
b.
Group 5 servers will be
serving the Novena service next Sat, 16th Mar.
c.
Group 1 servers will be
serving the Stations of the Cross service next Fri, 15th Mar. Report to the sacristy by 645pm. It is not counted as a weekday mass and
the service will be from 7pm to 730pm.
Servers on duty are not to serve the Friday evening mass as the service
is immediately after the mass. The
group will provide their own sacristans to prepare the cross (with relic) and
station lights and to lock up after the service.

Sharing
a.
Sharing (Retreat Discernment)
for servers secondary 1 and above will be held this Fri, 15th Mar at
830pm in the Adoration Room.
3.
Holy Week
a.
Holy week rosters are
out. Please check ALL rosters to
see when you are assigned for masses,
services, training, holy hour, or other special duties. Note down all dates
and times. Forgetting to check and
take note will not be accepted for an excuse.
4.
Passion Play
a.
Roster for the passion play
has been published. All servers
involved are to be present for the rehearsals. Many of the torch bearers and some cast were not present on
the first training without alerting anyone. Please be responsible to come down for the next few
rehearsals.
