Administration (Rosters and Special Events)
a.
Special events roster for Mar has been published.
b.
Group 1 servers will be
serving the Novena service next Sat, 23rd Mar.
c.
Group 2 servers will be
serving the Stations of the Cross service next Fri, 22nd Mar. Report to the sacristy by 645pm. The service will be from 7pm to
730pm. Servers on duty are not to
serve the Friday evening mass as the service is immediately after the
mass. The group will provide their
own sacristans to prepare the cross (with relic) and station lights and to lock
up after the service.
d.
Next Sunday, 24th Mar is Palm
Sunday of the Passion of the Lord. Please bring cape and sash.
e.
All servers on March Holidays
are required to serve at least 2
weekday masses, one morning and one evening mass or 2 morning masses. Weddings and funerals also count.
i. Stations of the Cross (applies to group 2 severs only) and Novena
service (applies to group 1 servers only) can be counted as a second weekday
mass provided that the server serves one weekday morning mass. This special
provision only applies for
this week and
does not apply to group 3, 4 and 5 servers.

Sharing
a.
Usual sharing for servers
secondary 1 and above resumes this Fri, 22th Mar at
830pm. All are invited for mass,
Stations of the Cross and dinner before that.
3.
Holy Week (HIGH
IMPORTANCE)
a.
Holy week rosters are
out. Please check ALL rosters to
see when you are assigned for masses,
services, training, holy hour, or other special duties. Note down all dates
and times. Forgetting to check and
take note will not be accepted for an excuse.
b.
If you wish to change your
time slots, please swap
on your own and inform an Exco Member at least 3 days in advance of the actual date. However, servers who are duty leaders or duty sacristans can only swap with a duty leader and a duty sacristan
respectively.
c.
Training sessions this week
are as follows. Servers are to be punctual so as not
to hold up their fellow servers as well as their trainers. Please inform the Head Trainer, Joshua Wong if you are unable to attend any training.
i. Holy Thursday Training for Mass Team only (Wed, 20th Mar)
ii. Easter Vigil Training (Thu, 21st Mar)
iii. Good Friday Training (Sun, 24th Mar)

Soccer Game

Fr. Brian D’ Souza wishes to
invite all servers for soccer during the March holidays. Servers who are interested are to note
the below mentioned information.
