Altar Servers’ Gift Exchange 2010
The following instructions are to be taken seriously. Please do the following:
1) Gifts should cost a minimum of at least $10.
2) No giving of chocolates, they require no thought!
3) Wrap the gift fully, in opaque wrapping paper
4) Write the receivers FULL name on present clearly.
5) Writing the givers name is optional
6) Submit the presents to any exco member by latest, 12th December

Announcements 13 – 14 Nov, 33rd Sunday in Ordinary Time
1. There is no more parish masses, so servers on the rosters do not need to serve the masses.
2. Facilitators’ retreat is This Friday at 7pm. However, facilitators are encouraged to attend the evening mass first.
3. Facilitators, who still have not given the Facilitator Retreat consent form, please pass it to Raphael ng or drop it into the transparent box.

Announcements 23 – 24 Oct, 30th Sunday in Ordinary Time
1. Servers Pri 6 and above are to attend the SFX Major Seminary Open House on Sun, 24 Oct 10. All are to assemble punctually for attendance taking at 1330H at the Church Porch.
2. The All Saints’ Day roster is on the cupboard, please check when you are serving. Bring cape and sash. It is not counted as weekday mass.
3. The All Souls’ Day roster is on the cupboard, please check if you are serving. Servers not on the roster can serve as well but priority will be given to the rostered servers if there are too many servers. It is not counted as a weekday mass. Servers only need to serve 1 weekday mass for that week.

Announcements 28 – 29 Aug, 22nd Sunday in Ordinary Time
1. Group 1 servers’ do not need to serve another weekend Mass due to Investiture. All other servers’ are required to serve their weekend Mass as per normal (including servers’ on the sanctuary).
2. Please take note that there is an Archdiocesan Vocation Mass on Saturday, 11th Sep at 5.30pm.
A roster will be up by next week.
3. There will be an Archdiocesan Vocation holy hour to pray for priestly vocations on 11th Sep from 4pm – 5pm. All servers are required to attend the holy hour in their servers’ shirt.
4. Servers who do not serve their weekday masses regularly will be receiving a letter from Fr. Brian regarding their irregular participation in the Altar Servers.
6. Group 5 will be serving Novena this Sat, 4th September

3. Servers who arrive late for weekday Mass Gospel Sharing are to leave their bags/suit covers on the attendance table or chair and join in immediately. Do not walk around to get your cincture or hang your Suit Covers at the metal rack as you will be a source of distraction.
